Fees
Billing Methods
The fees may be set according to two main methods:
- Hourly rate (time spent): services are billed based on a predefined hourly rate. The time devoted to your case (consultations, research, drafting of documents, communications with the parties, etc.) is recorded in a precise and detailed manner.
- Flat fee: a global and fixed amount is agreed in advance for a specific assignment (issuance of a CNF, a visa, a passport, etc.).
Payment Terms
- Payment of fees may be made in installments, according to a schedule agreed with the client.
- A retainer is generally required when the file is opened so that the firm can begin working on the case.
- Payments may be made by bank transfer.
Additional Costs
In the event that any additional costs may arise, the client will be informed.
Fees do not include external expenses (notary fees, apostille fees, translation costs, etc.), which remain the responsibility of the client and are paid directly to the relevant service providers.
However, thanks to our extensive network of partners working in these fields, AG will facilitate the work to be carried out by external providers (for example, court-certified translators in France) by obtaining quotes for our clients, transferring documents to the providers, and providing a payment link for this additional service. AG’s objective is to handle as much of the process as possible in order to minimize the client’s involvement.
